About Luke Heath
Luke HeathExecutive Coach and Founder
Twenty years coaching the people who lead
As a former investment banker with Schroders and Societe Generale, Luke moved to founding human resources consulting businesses in 2002. He has also founded and run businesses of his own, and been a fund manager, which is the commercial experience he brings to the conversation.
His coaching is grounded in psychology and behavioural science, and draws on proprietary assessments he has developed on leadership, teams, sales, energy, and personality. He works with individual executives one to one, and with leadership teams through the Triple Intelligence Leadership workshop.
Luke enjoys being in the surf, SCUBA diving, and going hiking with old Schroders’ mates.

- Member, Institute of Coaching (Harvard / McLean)
